  • Do you host websites?

    Yes, I use a trusted hosting company with servers here in the UK, their support and server speed are second to none. I have been using them for over 10 years and never encountered a problem. I set up clients’ domain names, emails and hosting, all through their easy to use interface. All your online needs are in one place for you or me to access, whichever you prefer.   • Can you get me a domain name?

    Yes of course. They are usually FREE if you purchase a website package through me along with one year’s free hosting. If you just want to see what’s available, you can use my domain name checker to get started.

  • What will a website cost me?

    There are many factors that need to be taken into account to answer this question. The simple fact is a website can be made to almost any budget and this is probably what you want to ask yourself first. What is my budget and what am I expecting to achieve for my budget? An initial chat can usually give you a clearer idea of what you can expect, so feel free to give us a call. We do have set website packages that explain what is included, so take a look to get an idea.

  • Do you have a portfolio that I can look at?

    We have quite a few active sites for private clients as well as some past and present work-related and personal projects to view on our work page. If you are interested in seeing more, send a message through the site and I will arrange something.

  • Can you help me build my website from scratch?

    Yes, I have experience working with many companies and helping them get online for the first time. Usually, I arrange an informal chat to discuss what the client is hoping to achieve and what areas I can help them with. I can write up a personal proposal for them and then clients can decide whether I am someone you would like to work with. No pressure!

  • How long will it take to build my new website?

    This is completely dependent on the complexity and scale of the required site. Just to give you an idea, a simple brochure site of around 5-10 pages could be completed in around 3-4 weeks including getting it on the server, tested and live. However, an E-commerce shopping site with a payment gateway, etc. could take 2-3 months to build and deploy. Again, completely dependent on the requirements.

  • Do you build native app?

    No, although I have experience building hybrid apps using the ionic framework, I would suggest you contact a dedicated iOS or Android Developer if you want an iOS or Android app developed for their respective app stores.

  • Do you maintain websites for people?

    Yes. Site health is very important as tech moves so quickly. I have dedicated maintenance packages for clients to sign up to. I run a suite of monthly checks on their sites, scanning for errors, security risks and any user interface issues that may have presented themselves. With some sites using CMS, this would include updating plugins and fixing any issues arising from updates. See the SEO/Maintenance page for maintenance details.

  • How will SEO help my website?

    Search engine optimization will give your site a better chance of being seen in the search engine by a prospective customer. It increases your chance of being higher up in the search results. There are many elements to SEO including in-page – technical – research, among others. Many people have benefited from good SEO strategies in the past. On the flip side, if your site is not optimized for SEO or has used bad practices to trick search engines in the past, it can significantly affect your ranking position.

  • Do you design company logos?
